"I have been with this agency for some time. I've experienced some changes and needed to modify my policy. I called to get a quote to because I'm getting a new car and spoke to a young lady. The customer service skills are terrible. I was told that they would get back to me. (NEVER HAVE) I always have to end of calling them and following up with them about this important transition. Its always they have to follow up with the accounting department, which sounds like an excuse. I called to follow up, and still NO ANSWER. I am honestly considering another insurance company. Very unhappy customer !"

"This was one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant customer service experiences I ever had. The way the agents spoke and addressed my issue with my renters insurance was not only UNTIMELY, but rude. Y’all have a lack of customer service that clearly must start with your MANAGEMENT. I suggest taking your business elsewhere, as I did with a more courteous and PROFESSIONAL agent at a different State Farm office."

Cedric has been nothing but the greatest giving me great service and very knowledgeable when I call or come by. If I can't get Cedric. Derrick has always been helpful as well. "This is the worst insurance experience I've ever had. I've never spoken to Dewayne ever, and his assistants don't return calls or emails. They are downright incompetent when you do reach them. Every time I needed anything done, I had to call three times just to follow up. This guy is giving State Farm a bad name."

"If I could give this office a -5000 I would. This office has totally screwed me over! Idk where these people became certified or licensed. But clearly it needs to be revoked. The office employees from Dewayne to Derrick and Cedric are so unprofessional and they play to many games to be involved in people insurance policies. You can tell them one thing and the changes to you policy will go up . They hang up on you, rarely return calls , don’t have answers... i mean I could go on for days! All their careless mistakes only effect the insured and they can careless about any screw ups. Please please get any other agent than Dewayne and whoever else are in that God awful office. It took me 2 years to long to run for the hills and I’m still trying to straighten out the mess they have created for me! DO NOT LET THIS BE YOUR AGENT!!!!"

"DeWayne Hrabowski doesn't respond to my emails or phone calls. I asked him to make a change to my policy, and he never made it (he never even got back to me). I asked him for a binder, and he never sent it. I had to call the national StateFarm number, and they got a different agent to send it to me. I finally got fed up with his lack of trustworthyness and competency, so I switched to different insurance provider. But now it turns out he didn't even cancel my policy with StateFarm... so now I have THAT to deal with. Please do yourself a favor and never go into business with this man or the company he represents."
